I wanted to share with you the new motion process in HES Student Government Association:
1. SG Member submits motion: https://hessga.com/motion/
2. SG Lesgislative Reads and Votes on the motion: https://hesedu.typeform.com/to/ZGdXTS
3. An automatic Resolution document is produced and emailed to Executive Committee of the relevant student government, cc’ing mentor. (Attached is an example)
4. Executive Committee prints and uses manual form to complete implementation (will be converted electronically eventually after testing).
